A Letter to our Friends.

We would like to thank everyone for your support during this, our first year of being a new club in Savannah.  We are growing and changing to meet the needs of our members and will continue to do so.


MoanManor is located in the best area for Savannah and surrounding people from different cities and states to attend our events.  Variety is the spice of life and having that option adds to our appeal.

Planning events (Themes) that are a step above the others with a little twist (Games) andturns (Champagne Kisses) have been some of the fun things we have done to keep everyone involved.

Surprises will continue to be planned throughout the year.

To provide you with the opportunity to have a voice in MoanManor of SavGa we have a suggestion box that is out at every event, please feel free to add your voice to the club.


Our photo booth is also available at many events, along with our theme room contests for you to express yourselves and invite others to look in your room, another way to get people to interact with each other.
We have the best DJ in Savannah (if you haven’t been hearing your favorite music send us a list of your top 10 songs).  They are growing along with us to provide you with great music to swing to. Cara our new bartender rocks at our events, making your special drinks for you, she loves the theme night’s right along with us. Don’t forget our fabulous Jell-O shots custom made to fit our events!!!


**ATTENTION** There has been some situations that have come up and we need to make our members aware of how it will affect our club. 


MoanManor is the club, our events are held in the hotel.


We don’t own the hotel and they set the rules and regulations that we must abide by.


Getting a hotel to accept us was and is no easy task, so we ask all members to be mindful of that fact.
First are the room reservations.  ALL ROOMS need to be reserved with a credit card. The suites are greatly discounted, and for that reason the hotel will book those who book 2 nights first, and then the single nights. Continue to book through us and then you may call hotel after we confirm your room to leave you credit card info.


Be aware that we only have 6 non-smoking suites and 2 smoking suites per event. So it’s a short list and fills before the next event. All other rooms are single king beds or double queen beds per room.


Second is leaving personal toys behind. The hotel WILL NOT save these items for you.  Ladies and Gentlemen please police your room (drawers, cabinets, bathroom etc.) before you check out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
It has been brought to our attention that people are not disposing of used condoms in a proper waste basket.  No one wants to clean that up, so please be kind and use the waste basket.


Third, rooms are rented by our members. Be very aware that there will always be other guests at the hotel that are not in the lifestyle along with some on premise staff (no matter how private we try to get the floor).  We must keep our doors closed during all sexual activity. Failure to do so will result in the hotel taking measures to ensure other patrons aren’t exposed to our lifestyle. We very much want to stay on the extreme private side of this.


Again we ask for you help in not bringing any unwanted attention to us.


The meet n greets on Fridays and alternating Saturdays are in the Bar at the hotel.  Showing any private parts is not acceptable for the hotel, no matter how much we disagree; again I remind you all that “we don’t own the hotel.”


 We have and will have a great time at the meet n greets, so come and enjoy the excitement of the tease with us.

A Little History of Moan Manor

A long time ago, in a far away land, an idea was formed by a couple.


From this idea a royal and grand club was started

That idea is called "Moan Manor of Savannah".

Many people have asked to have a club where they could meet new friends in the lifestyle, and now they have it...Moan Manor. The night is young and your next fantasy is just around the corner and just a party away.

Without the support and encouragement and brutal honesty from other clubs, we wouldn't be where we are today.  Our many thanks to the Foothills Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and the Grove Resort in Cleveland, Georgia, and to all the groups in South Carolina and Georgia, for their advice as well. We can, and should, have a variety of places for people in the lifestyle to choose from.


We began with a little group of 12 couples meeting at Hooters in Savannah Georgia in July 2008, now we have over 500 members in our group and growing. Things are looking up in Savannah. We are working hard to make it the club that you, as members want. Thank you for your support.
We now have a place that all members can meet, have a good time with old friends and meeting new ones.


There are many in our group, however, to be a full member of our Club, you must attend an event and pay the $5.00 membership fee, which is good for one year and with that you will receive a membership card.


The hotel rooms are available at the membership discounted reduced rate, only if you book through us. Our special rate is $50.00 plus tax per night, compared to the normal $89.00; suites are $70.00 from normal of $90.00.


The event starts on Friday night with karaoke, dancing and meeting great people.


Saturday is the member’s only private event.


WE now have a meet n greet ONLY on every other Saturday at the bar, just IM us at MoanManor2008 on yahoo and get the latest dates. A great place to meet or bring a couple you have just met or just to be around others of like minds.


OUR PURPOSE of a club is designed to bring people in the lifestyle together in a safe, private lifestyle club.


People in Savannah and surrounding areas have long been asking for a lifestyle club. As the owners of “Moan Manor Club” we try to keep our costs low so that you can enjoy a fun weekend, with your lifestyle friends in a secure and safe environment. This is why we have brought the best party, at a reasonable price, with hotel room rates, which are as low as we can find them.
