=== IMPORTANT === The membership fee, for one year is $10.00 for couples and $10.00 for single ladies. Your membership price will never rise as long as you continue to renew your membership. If you let your membership lapse, you will be charged the higher rate at your next event.

Parties cost $15.00 for single ladies, $30.00 for couples, and $40 for single males. Single males must be recommended and escorted by members at all times. There is a $1.00 charge for red or white ribbons for your hotel room door.

No single males can purchase a membership.

In order to attend club functions, a membership card and proper ID from both members must be presented at the door. All members must be 21 years or older.

Memberships are good for one year from date of issue, unless said membership, is cancelled by either Moan Manor or one of the members on the membership.

The owners of Moan Manor will have final say on any and all membership disputes.

No sexual activity or nudity will be allowed outside or in any public area, including the ballroom, halls, and bar.

All play is to be reserved to individually rented rooms ONLY!!

Cameras are NOT PERMITTED, The PRIVACY of our guests is IMPORTANT!
The bar staff, DJ, waitresses, and all hotel staff and employees are not members of the club and you need to be mindful of your manners, comments, and actions. Please refrain from inappropriate conversations (Suggestive comments to hotel employees) from Friday night until you leave the hotel, (ALL hotel representatives are off limits) on Sunday please represent us in an appropriate manner. Regarding Moan Manor outside the club or with any hotel employee.

NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND! NONE! * WE HAVE AN ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON ILLEGAL DRUGS! * Drunkenness will not be allowed and you will be asked to leave. We ask that if you plan to drink, make arrangements for designated driver to drive you after leaving our event, or ask for a cab, or book a hotel room under Moan Manor group.

Any violations and your membership will be revoked!!

No person may become a member of Moan Manor unless they have READ, SIGNED, and UNDERSTAND ALL said rules and regulations of membership. All memberships are retained in confidentiality. Moan Manor will not give or release your personal information to any outside source (Unless required by law). Guests are liable for any and all property damage, and all fees for their rented room. Moan Manor reserves the right to ban guests/ visitors / and members for violation of any rule and regulations, and all policies set forth in above by the owners discretion. Moan Manor also reserves the right to deny and / or revoke membership without notice and/ or refund. The Board is committed to upholding its policies.

Members agree that their membership at Moan Manor is for their own personal and private purposes, that they are not joining to solicit others for any illegal purpose. Further more, that each member is not joining for purpose of any illegal or any official or legal investigation, for purpose of reporting to any news agency. Only authorized advertising or other media individuals may join or attend for specific and express purpose as authorized by Moan Manor.
