Our first party for 2009 was a huge success, when a bunch of us got together to show off our Sleepwear in style at the Jammin’ Jammies party on January 16 and 17.

We started our Friday night with Karaoke, with a special Guest, our own DJ-Mike’s wife working the system. She jumped right in and kept the party lively with some great tunes and kept everyone singing and having a great time. We had a great turn-out, and made a lot of new friends who were coming out for their first visit. We look forward to seeing everyone there again for the Valentines Dance pre-party on Feb 6.

Of course our member’s only private party was on Saturday night, with an even larger turn-out. DJ Mike had the music going, and Bonnie, our bartender, was awesome in keeping up with everyone’s drinks. The dance floor was always going,. Several of the ladies made it a fashion show, making multiple nightgown changes throughout the night to keep all of the men waiting with anticipation of what was coming out next.

We had our traditional Circle Dance, where everyone was so friendly and a great get to know you.

We also played our own version of musical chairs, where the gentlemen were treated to beautiful women dancing around them and fighting for those choice seats in the crowd. What man wouldn’t love having a couple of women in his lap looking for a place to sit?

Out heartfelt thanks to all of the volunteers who help out with setting up and bringing some of the great food, and the snacks served once again hit the spot. Our buffet layout, thanks to Tim and Lisa, was awesome.

Of course our evening didn’t stop there, as once again the hotel was filled with moaning after the party.

MoanManor continues to grow, and 2009 looks to be an awesome year. We look
forward to seeing everyone at our next big event, our Valentines Swing Dance on February 7th. Come on out and have a great time.
