1. The order of priority for hotel reservations is as follows:

* Reservations made for both Friday and Saturday nights have priority and will be booked ahead of single nights.

** Reservations received before the prior event

*** Reservations received at the prior event

**** Reservations made after the prior event

What does this really mean? If you are planning on coming to an event, make your reservation early for your choice of rooms. Please don't assume because you are a regular that we can hold a room for you. We must ask everyone to make reservations for parties you wish to attend.
